Every Thursdays, I drop a video on youtube where I’m sharing the street photography experience one shot at a time!
We are in North London this time, in Tottenham which is home of the Spurs for those into football.
I am not too familiar with North London in general but every time I visit the London borough of Haringey, it feels like a cosmopolitan area full of character to me.
In this photowalk, I particularly enjoyed the West Green road high street next to the seven sisters tube station. It was full of diversity with a good atmosphere.
I met many interesting characters on West Green road, everyone was in a good mood with the sun shining that day. I am always grateful for their time and would like to thank all of them for letting me take photographs and chat.
Tony wearing an Arsenal jersey in the Spurs vicinity, Joe picking up his kids from school and young Darnel chatting about getting into photography. All were great encounters!
The Bruce Grove area was alright too, when walking next to the stadium, you already feel the energy that flows around here on match days and you feel that the place is mythical for the fans. Might also be blasphemous to have chosen somebody wearing an Arsenal jersey for the youtube video cover, but hey, there was nobody wearing Spurs attires if you can believe it.
Overall, I had a good time in Tottenham and will definitely come back.
Maybe on a match day who knows? But that West Green road is definitely on my radar now.
To watch the full (edited) video is on my youtube channel and as usual, give it a play. like and subscribe to show some love!
